We have three apartment units, each unit are 72 square meters and have one bedroom with queen size bed, one room that could be used as office or guestroom/bedroom, Living room in combination with the kitchen and a bath room with toilet and shower (hot water). Each unit also has a laundry area in the back and a carport.

The house is 250 square meters and has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a very large living room that is connected to the large kitchen.
